The National Charity League is a Mother-Daughter organization that donates nearly 3 million volunteer hours to more than 6,000 charities. I am a proud member of one of the local chapters here in The Woodlands, Texas with two of my daughters. My children are very active in various events and this organization is the one I am most proud of. The skills, empathy, thinking of others, and bonding that we receive is more than I could ever hope to bring to their lives. Hopefully, I will raise them into caring and loving adults that realize the world is much bigger than one person and they will take with them a legacy of social awareness and compassion.
I have proudly worked with The Woodlands Chapter, The Bluebonnet Chapter, The Texas Laurels, and The Magnolia Chapter here in The Woodlands, Texas designing for many of their events.

INVITATIONS
Invitations are the first glimpse of a special event and sets the tone for what is to come. All invitations are double-sided and will be printed on matte, pearl, gloss, or linen card stock.
PROGRAMS and MENUS
Programs range from 16-32 pages depending on the size of the chapter. The cover is usually full color while the inside is mostly grayscale to keep costs low. Covers are printed on matte, pearl, gloss, or linen card stock to match the invitation. The inside is matte or gloss text weight paper.
SCRAPBOOK COVERS • GIFT TAGS • PHOTO NAMEPLATES
Print items vary from chapter to chapter. Miscellaneous print pieces include creating a matching cover for scrapbooks, gift tags, and photo nameplates. These are printed on matte, pearl, gloss, or linen card stock to match the invitation.
TABLE NUMBERS and SEATING CHART POSTERS
Table numbers are 4 x 6 cards that can be printed single-sided or double-sided to match the theme. The cards are printed on matte, pearl, gloss, or linen card stock. The seating chart can be printed on foam board to sit on an easel or as a poster to be framed.
EXTRA FUN ITEMS
I can design anything the girls decide may be a fun or sentimental item. Foam photo candid posters can be a fun addition. This board is 24 x 36 inches printed on foam board with the center is cut out.
DVD STICKERS and DVD CASE COVER
Creating a sentimental piece to give to all the Seniors is really special especially when it pulls the entire theme together in a DVD design.

How it works:
Let’s design for your chapter. Contact me for a consultation. We will discuss your theme, timeline, and scope of work. It is best if you already have a Pinterest board of ideas that you will use for your event. I will send an estimate for design work that includes printing prices. Once approved, a 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot in my production schedule. To start, I will send a production schedule that will keep us on track to avoid any unnecessary stress of missing a deadline. You have enough to worry about planning a beautiful event.
