Brand Identity and Website Design
The Maven of Communications, Vanessa, is brilliant with words. I love to read each manuscript to see what she comes up. The definition of a “maven” is a person who knows a lot about a particular subject. This is such a fun word. She identified each team member as the “maven of communications”, the “maven of design”, and the “maven of photography” to create a team that created brands and websites for small businesses.
We created three color versions of the logo to represent the three areas of expertise by the mavens — design, communications, and photography.
We created an individual business card for each of our mavens as well as a generic card that included all of our information. We also identified three graphic backgrounds that would be paired with each area — design, communications, and photography.
I sincerely can’t say enough good things about the talent our Mavens of Communication, Vanessa. When she writes, the images instantly start dancing around in my head. That makes my job so easy and it is fun watching all the pieces come together quickly. All because of a strategic and thoughtful manuscript. The Mavens support the arts in our community. The color ad was created for our local band event, Lone Star Preview. The black and white ad was for a theater program for a local performance by Class Act Productions.
The Maven of Photography, Tracy, used her talent to capture the essence of Mod Mavens + Co. I tell all my clients, we can have a great brand, strategic communications but if you don’t invest in the visual brand of your small business then you are doing an injustice to your business. For the love of small business.
I love these ladies! These are my collaborators, my rockstars, my friends. Each of us had our own individual business. We often referred our own clients to each other so our clients could have the best content, social media, and photography. During brunch one day, we decided wouldn’t it be great if we could market to individual small businesses as a total package. This created Mod Mavens + Co. We added the “+ Co.” because we knew that there were more collaborators that may need to be added and we saw the client as a “partner” in the collaboration.
These amazing professionals are recommended in my packages if you come through my studio. I want you to have the best so your business or event can succeed. They will write individual estimates for your needs. They are not included in my packages unless noted.
